I appreciated the warm welcome at the lobby. shintya and audrei greeted me with bright smiles! a refreshing welcome drink was a lovely touch, enjoyed while the check-in was completed. it set a tender tone for my entire visit, so sweet.
the resort location was far from other amenities and the city center! though the shuttle service helped a bit

The resort is situated on a cliff. This gives panoramic ocean views that are straight out of a postcard. the sound of the waves created a peaceful ambiance. So soothing! the hotel is far from the city center

The resort has beautiful pools and clean common areas. So relaxing. the beach and swimming pool areas were very clean and maintained daily, so precious. dreams studio bali, for family photos, is conveniently located at the hotel lobby

The beds in my room were so comfy. It reminded me of sleeping on a cloud, pure bliss. the room was spacious. It gave comfort and relaxation. my executive king room ocean view offered fine views!

The staff provided wonderful service. So sweet and attentive. upon arrival, mr eka assisted with our heavy bags and guided us to our room! nisa and bintang at the lounge provided excellent hospitality, so heartwarming!

This hotel is amazing! i really appreciated the friendly staff, especially bagus, oka, bintang, subaru, nisa, and desi at the lounge. they had great conversations and were always helpful. the lounge is awesome. I'm sure you'll have an lovely time!
The air conditioning in my room wasn't the greatest. It kept switching off. it's a minor issue but worth noting

the grounds of this hotel are quite expansive. there are many pools available, (i liked the variety). i also appreciated the deli and gift shop inside the hotel.
I encountered some issues with the room service. a meal arrived that did not match its menu description. the cleaning staff entered my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign being on. My belongings were scattered.

Breakfast included a diverse selection. i found food options from various cuisines. the hotel offered convenient beach access. staff demonstrated politeness and helpfulness . the hotel provided fine beach views. This was definitely a highlight for me.
The pool area was quite crowded. finding available sunbeds proved difficult at times. internet connectivity was poor. Videos often failed to load. this impacted the overall tranquility.
